We had never used roto rooter before but I'm glad we did! We bought a house that was vacant for almost 3 years and I knew that we were going to eventually run into a few problems...but I wasn't expecting water to come up through my shower and stationary sink in a different room when I was doing laundry! I called roto rooter and they came out that same day. Ronald was AMAZING! He was very thorough and explained every step of the process. We ran into a problem (not because of roto rooter) and he fixed that too! I would highly recommend them, especially Ronald! They were very friendly and professional. We had Ben as our plumber come out and unclog our kitchen drain. He was extremely polite and prompt when fixing our sink.
