We had never used roto rooter before but I'm glad we did! We bought a house that was vacant for almost 3 years and I knew that we were going to eventually run into a few problems...but I wasn't expecting water to come up through my shower and stationary sink in a different room when I was doing laundry! I called roto rooter and they came out that same day. Ronald was AMAZING! He was very thorough and explained every step of the process. We ran into a problem (not because of roto rooter) and he fixed that too! I would highly recommend them, especially Ronald! They were very friendly and professional.
