Joe and the team at Maselli did a great job fixing our central AC system. They were responsive as we coordinated the service appointment—both for the initial evaluation and the actual repair work. The service team arrived right on time (an actual appointment, not a “window!!) and the technician was very polite and explained what was wrong with our system and replaced the faulty unit. Start to finish an incredible experience. Joe came to give us and estimate, personally answered my questions via text and phone calls, and he was there the day we had our new equipment installed. Price quoted was competitive and fair. Joe also gave me insights into my system that other companies' salesmen didn't notice or think to talk to me about. He didn't try to upsell me on equipment or add-ons. The whole process start to finish was excellent. I wish all my home repair experiences were this good.
