Joe and his team at Maselli Contracting and HVAC were one of the best choices my girlfriend and I made. After purchasing our new home, there was a lot of work to be done. Maselli Contracting removed our old oil-fired water heater and replaced it with a heat pump water heater in 2021. Their quality of their work was outstanding and they cleaned up the oil that had leaked from the old unit, then removed and disposed of it for us. Their pricing was competitive and they were the only contractors capable of getting the size of water heater we needed during the shortages caused by the pandemic. Highly recommended.

Joe and the team at Maselli did a great job fixing our central AC system. They were responsive as we coordinated the service appointment—both for the initial evaluation and the actual repair work. The service team arrived right on time (an actual appointment, not a “window!!) and the technician was very polite and explained what was wrong with our system and replaced the faulty unit.
