Writing reviews is not a favorite passtime for me, but after experiencing the work Buffalo Roofing has done on my house it would be a terrible disfavor not to write about it. I had my entire roof replaced by Buffalo Roofing due to last year's wind storm. Tyler gave me a super competitive quote and even threw in gutters. The team that came out was fantastic....clean, quiet and respectful. This work was done in March of 2022. Recently coming home from a walk I noticed bulging on one side of the house. I sent an email this morning to Tyler. Within 10 minutes I received a reply from him stating that his crew would get back to me. I was expecting maybe within the week or two. Well I came back from work and saw Buffalo Roofing trucks in front of my house. Up the ladder they go and within an hour the bulging was repaired and the roof is as beautiful as it was when they first laid it. No money exchanged hands, nothing needed to be said. I would recommend Buffalo Roofing. Tyler and Mitchell was great both was straight forward and very responsive. Tyler made sure everything was taken care of and Mitchell was always on point and the whole team worked efficiently and my house and garage roof was completed within 1 and 1/2 days. Your company was recommended, and was also highly rated on the internet. Once contacted, your representative, Dave, completed an estimate within just a few days. The estimate was fair and appropriate. The turn around time for job to be started was within a reasonable time frame. The work started earlier than anticipated. The crew was excellent. They were on time, skilled in their trade, very hard working, knowledgeable and very polite. They only took a short lunch break and were right back to work. As the old roof was torn off, unexpected damage was found. Your crew showed me the problem, explained what needed to be done and informed me of the additional cost that would be incurred. The cleanup was excellent as well. Your crew supervisor, Dave, went out of his way to assure my satisfaction.
