The owner David approached my family after a windstorm after awkwardly following us in the street. He offered to fix our roof he had a nice business card and a binder with the company name on it. He showed us a Buffalo license and insurance cards. We let this man into our house. My real big regret. Months passed and we were playing phone tag. I threatened to take them to court until he finally showed up with 2 other people and spent a week doing a horrible job. After about what I thought was midway (only because they were working towards the center of the roof) I gave them 5000 dollars in cash withholding the other 10. They left for the day. Upon examining the job. I promptly found 2 hypodermic needles. I called David to ask about this and he said a guy on his crew has diabetes. He still after 6 months has not answered his phone. I should have not trusted the fake Google reviews.

Whitman Metal & Roofing does not have a licences to do work in Buffalo. Do your homework. Check with the Buffalo licences department. Also, Mr. Whitman is wanted for larceny in Buffalo. Please call the Buffalo PD if you know of his whereabouts.

I would recommend Whitman Metal & Roofing Inc. I had some damage to my roof. They came out to provide a quote and then returned as scheduled to do the work. After removing part of my roof for repair, it became apparent that I had a substantial amount of preexisting damage from an inadequate previous repair. I expected a substantial increase in price, but the additional cost was very minimal. I am very happy with the work and would definitely recommend.
