I had Graves Bros. replace all the windows and side my home. 19 windows and a complete tear off siding job. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. They were on time with the installation dates. The price was not unreasonable and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. Quite the opposite. I paid less than I was expecting to pay. The window guys were very professional and knew what they were doing. I had 19 windows to replace. They started at 8am and finished by 2:30. 1 day for 19 windows! They cleaned as they went and when they left you would never even know they were there. They were respectful of my home and belongings. The siders were just as professional and knowledgeable. It was a crew of 2. They showed up everyday at 7:30 and did not leave until it was so dark they couldn’t see. They asked questions about what I wanted and made sure I liked what they were doing. I recently had an old deck removed and a stamped concrete patio installed which was lower than the height of the old deck. Consequently, a fair amount of siding and longer corners and inside corners had to be added to complete the look. This work was scheduled within a week of my phone call, and concluded over the course of three days (not consecutively). Brett, the technician, did a marvelous job, did everything that I asked, and cleaned up each day before leaving. He was very friendly and courteous. In addition, Graves always called the day before to let me know when Brett would be there next. I couldn't be happier with my new patio and siding, and would highly recommend Graves Brothers to anyone.
