Graves Brothers fixed our flat dormer roof that was snow damaged. Steve worked with us on the estimate and contract, and was just excellent about explaining the process and being available for our questions throughout. John L produced a smooth efficient repair on game day, with great respect for our property, and a supportive personality. Had siding and windows wrapped on our historic home. Integrity is not their motto. So many things not done right and still not fixed. Currently awaiting answers how they will be fixed. Not enough space to detail here so check their Facebook page for a complete complaint in detail before you hire this company or one of their other named companies. Yep there's reportedly about 8 of them.

I had Graves Bros. replace all the windows and side my home. 19 windows and a complete tear off siding job. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. They were on time with the installation dates. The price was not unreasonable and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. Quite the opposite. I paid less than I was expecting to pay. The window guys were very professional and knew what they were doing. I had 19 windows to replace. They started at 8am and finished by 2:30. 1 day for 19 windows! They cleaned as they went and when they left you would never even know they were there. They were respectful of my home and belongings. The siders were just as professional and knowledgeable. It was a crew of 2. They showed up everyday at 7:30 and did not leave until it was so dark they couldn’t see. They asked questions about what I wanted and made sure I liked what they were doing.
