Juan does excellent work, is honest, very professional, responsive, and fair in his pricing. He had to fully replace our basement staircase and due to the age of the house, both the top and bottom floors are not even. Juan built the stairs in such a way that they were not only sturdy, but level. He also did various other flooring finishes for us, painting, hanging the house number, and other maintenance items. He is always in good spirits and explains everything that he plans to do and follows through. Thanks to Juan for providing us with a safe set of stairs and beautiful finishes in the home. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again!
