Hired them to replace old roof and install new roof. Shows up with temp workers not insured with his company. End result pulled out parts of roof and left old rotten wood and just placed tar roof paper over it to cover up job. Which has caused water leaks everytime it rains. Never showed up to inspect damage and refuses to repair work. Save yourselves the headache and hassle and avoid hiring this unprofessional ane unethical company at all costs!!! The owner, Ryan Nickell took the time to explain what the cost was, not just giving the lowest price to get the job. He came to give a free estimate and spent a lot of time explaining in laymen's terms so I could understand what I was paying for. This is a huge cost for home improvement and so few contractors spend the time to explain the details. All Weather's crew were on time and professional.
