What an amazing company. I had a leak on a pipe near my boiler and i was putting if off due to Covid-19 because i was nervous about having someone come into my house. I called Billharz and talked to their office about my concern. The office told me that the man coming to my house would take every precaution for my safety. I booked the appointment because i had to get it done because the leak was getting a lot worse. The man arrived at my house with a face-mask and gloves on and caring a bottle of spray disinfectant. Before he came in he sprayed his boots and asked me if i needed a mask. I had one already. He suggested i open the basement door this way he wouldn't have to walk in my house. He re-sprayed his boots before he came in. It took about 2 hours to fix the problem. When he was done he filled out his job ticket and asked me for my cell number so he could take a picture of the work order and send it to me. I was scared to have someone come into my house but this man did everythin

They came on time. Were very professional and did a great job. I used Billharz when I had a business and now for my house. Have always been satisfied. They stuck to the plan and followed through in a timely manner like they planned.. Would totally recommend them! This is a company where everyone is on the same page!

Renovated whole house after a fire. They have never completed filing their paperwork with NYC and our architect cannot close out his filings with NYC building department.
