Renovated whole house after a fire. They have never completed filing their paperwork with NYC and our architect cannot close out his filings with NYC building department. Has gone on for more than two years, I have called, emailed and visited their office and keep being told “we will have to review your file “ Not a very professional way to conduct a business Services: Heating equipment repair & installation, Plumbing pipe repair
Existing customer made appointment week in advance, confirmed day before for 11-2pm boiler service and preventive drain maintenance. Did not show up or call after calling 2x in afternoon. Finally received a call from office manager. Apologized and went to see next time they were available. Did not reschedule, can't afford the time to wait again.
The owner showed up for the estimate, said will send estimate nothing as of today despite calls/emails... Completely ignore, Bad bad customer service... Get somebody else...
