Craig Roofing

Craig roofing was not contracted to do work on my house. He was working on my neighbors home. The site supervisor, Josh, was unprofessional and dangerous. He and I spoke when the crew was arriving at 7:30 am to do the work. I offered to move my van from the street for easier access for his crew and explained I am a home daycare provider and had clients arriving shortly. He expressed he would be using my adjacent driveway all day. I explained that we used our it and would need access to it. He then told the delivery from Banner Supply to back into my driveway (without my consent) with a 2 year old standing on the steps 3 ft from the driveway. The driver wasn’t guided by Josh properly and HIT MY HOUSE! The truck blocked our secondary emergency exit required as a home daycare. He could have made the choice to move his equipment and have the truck deliver on the property having the work done and didn’t. Neither the driver or Josh notified me. My ring camera caught it all. They were quick to respond to our inquiry for a skylight replacement, polite and respectful when visiting our home to provide an estimate and complete the work, good communicators in informing us when the job would be scheduled (which was within days of our initial contact!), and priced competitively. We sought out 3 bids for re-roofing our house and Craig Roofing was the highest. When I showed the representative one of the bids, he came down on the price to match it. I really appreciate it because I liked Craig Roofing the best. He was very good at answering my questions and telling me about the whole process. Also, he was very patient about the shingle selection and also setting a date for the re-roofing of the house. They were there when they said they would be and finished in less than a day.
