After a series of storms damaged my roof and gutters, the team walked me through step by step on the process to repair and replace. The four-star rating is for Exteriors Plus as a whole for everyone who was involved from front office to quoting to ordering to installing. The finished product looks good, moved along as expected for this type of project, and it was completed within two days. William Dye initially came out to quote and spent sufficient time to talk, measure, and take photos. There were a few bumps along the way prior to and during installation, but got worked-out with William who was always available by phone or text. It was good that William acknowledged the issues and took any steps necessary to remedy the situation-at-hand. It is largely due to William's commitment to (my) satisfaction that the rating is up to 4 on this review; he made sure all concerns were addressed. The most unpleasant of this experience was that after installation, Exteriors Plus added extra charges at final billing after we agreed on a contracted price.
