The Roof Doctor

The Roof Doctor did an excellent job on our total roof replacement. I tend to be overly anxious about projects such as these, but Anthony didn’t shy away from going over my questions. He has been responsive from start, to finish, and even beyond the “finish.” It is obvious that this company is going to honor their work and warranties for the long term. I am able to rest easy, knowing that my home is safe and that The Roof Doctor has us “covered!”

Initially we were set for a quote, they called and cancelled 30 min before their scheduled time. Excuse was the tech was 'held up on a big job downtown'. We rescheduled for the next week @ 4:15pm. My wife went home early from work to meet the tech, no show/no call. Wife called the office, they said they would check with the tech and let her know.. 20 min later no call, wife called them again and the Roof Dr receptionist still had not heard back from the person assigned to our job. They didnt cancel, they just didnt show up or call back.

Awful. They came and did my roof inspection and had me sign a contract, and I haven’t heard from them in almost 2 months. I have called numerous times, and can rarely get someone on the phone. Voicemails were never returned. When I did get someone on the phone, she had no information for me and assured me that someone would call me with an update and no one ever did. I would not recommend.
