The Roof Doctor

Initially we were set for a quote, they called and cancelled 30 min before their scheduled time. Excuse was the tech was 'held up on a big job downtown'. We rescheduled for the next week @ 4:15pm. My wife went home early from work to meet the tech, no show/no call. Wife called the office, they said they would check with the tech and let her know.. 20 min later no call, wife called them again and the Roof Dr receptionist still had not heard back from the person assigned to our job. They didnt cancel, they just didnt show up or call back.

I would give them a few more stars only if Anthony would return his call! The owner of this company owns or owned Day Roofing in Brown County, I had him reroof 2 houses about 7 month apart. The crew removed and reistalled new shingles, now Anthony came out twice one to bid the job and 2nd to collect the check, never to my knowledge did he come out and check with his crew, never less the houseS both looked good and it wasn't until later down the road I began to notice issues of both houses dripping water behind the gutters so had a roofing specialist come out and check one of the homes which he found there was no drip edge to let water go into the gutter! There was an 18 inche piece that was still up but 60ft on back of the house was not there and also the whole front of the house no drip edge, our main house there was never placed any drip edge front or rear of house either also , I found this by working on our house replacing facia boards behind gutter. I was very happy with Darrell and the prices. When I needed them again for an agreed on price for a re-occurring job, they said it would have to be re-bid. They set up an appointment, cancelled it the day after they was supposed to show up and didn't, reset another appointment, and never showed, never called, nothing. I would not, for any reason, recommend this company. Darrell was apparently the only good thing about them. UPDATE................ The owner has reached out to me and explained the confusion, and has been very adamant about wanting to do what ever is necessary to rectify this situation. LATEST UPDATE.........After meeting with the owner and reviewing the scope of work, he sent out a crew and the job was completed in a very timely and professional manner. I have actually discussed using them on future jobs, and plan to do so. I would recommend them to anyone who ask...
