Caleb is amazing and very professional. Our pup got lots of head rubs too, we love animal people. Andrew was out first to access and he is top notch as well. Highly recommend this company. Their technicians are the real deal.
On the hottest week of the summer our Air Conditioner decided to give out. We called Schneller and Knochelmann, and they were able to fit us in right away for an inspection to see what the problem was (and on top of everything this happened right before the weekend). They showed up on time (on a Saturday) and quickly pointed out the problem. That very same day they were able to send out a maintenance technician for another inspection and to present us our options of what could/needed to be done. They were very thorough and proficient. On top of that, us being new homeowners bombarded Zach with questions to get a better understanding of what was going on and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Once that was done they were able to fit us in that following Monday to install our new Heating and AC unit. They were able to get it done in one day with minimal issues. After discovering a frozen coil I called the business and was given a next day appointment. Andrew showed up on time and diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes. After giving me several options for repair I opted to go with an installment of a new system due to the age of my AC and cost of R22. Mark was able to stop by an hour later, measure my system and walk me through my options. He answered all my questions, was honest and upfront. I elected for an installation of a new AC and Furnace due to their competitive pricing and great equipment offered. The install team showed up the next day and David introduced himself and what he’d be doing. Throughout the course of the day he kept me in the loop, didn’t mind my hovering and answered all of my questions. After they finished they cleaned up, walked me through my new system and left.
