Ian provided first class service. He was timely, courteous, and communicated well. While he didn’t fix the unit on the initial visit, he confirmed what was wrong with the AC(dead compressor), how he determined it failed, and shared options for moving forward. He scheduled same day follow up service. Not the first time I’ve used Schneller Knochelmann, and won’t be the last. They have been consistent with their responsiveness and overall service and upfront with costs.

On the hottest week of the summer our Air Conditioner decided to give out. We called Schneller and Knochelmann, and they were able to fit us in right away for an inspection to see what the problem was (and on top of everything this happened right before the weekend). They showed up on time (on a Saturday) and quickly pointed out the problem. That very same day they were able to send out a maintenance technician for another inspection and to present us our options of what could/needed to be done. They were very thorough and proficient. On top of that, us being new homeowners bombarded Zach with questions to get a better understanding of what was going on and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Once that was done they were able to fit us in that following Monday to install our new Heating and AC unit. They were able to get it done in one day with minimal issues.
