I recommend New Castle Roofing to the fullest extent! I am absolutely thrilled with the roof replacement and chimney repair! All communications were professional, prompt and they fulfilled all of my requests and responded to every concern. I so appreciate how hard everyone worked, and particularly in the blazing heat! I tried to keep everyone fortified with snacks and electrolyte drinks! They arrived promptly both days, worked nonstop, and they even cleaned the site after the first night, even though they were returning the next day. They cleaned the site again two more times to ensure that no nails or other debris were missed. The crew did their best to protect my plants, which was not easy! and I greatly appreciate that effort. New Castle installed a new roof on our home in April 2021. We are very pleased with our new roof! The owner, Dave, was quick to answer all of our questions before and after install.
