I’ve use this company for close to a decade and always had good luck until recently. The water heater they installed in my home 8 years ago for $2k recently went out, so they came to install a new one that is the same type. This time though they charged over $5,600. I found the water heater they installed costs around $2k and the plumbers were onsite 3 hours. I came to the logical conclusion they ripped me off. I don’t recommend using this company.

I had such a great experience with Dean’s Plumbing. Came highly recommended, notified me in advance to confirm they were coming. Arrived on time, did a walk-through of my house to find any other plumbing issues I might have, after they asked if that was OK. Fixed the issue I had called them in for quickly and efficiently, as well as an additional issue they noticed that I had not been aware of. We’re very clear about price upfront, and quoted me on several other items I might want to take care of. Would definitely recommend and hire again. After another plumbing service failed to help us, Dean’s responded SO quickly in diagnosing and repairing a well pump problem. Isaiah went beyond professional, knowledgeable & courteous - he genuinely cared. They will always be our go-to after today.
