I’ve use this company for close to a decade and always had good luck until recently. The water heater they installed in my home 8 years ago for $2k recently went out, so they came to install a new one that is the same type. This time though they charged over $5,600. I found the water heater they installed costs around $2k and the plumbers were onsite 3 hours. I came to the logical conclusion they ripped me off. I don’t recommend using this company.

As far as good luck goes, I’m not having a very good time. Came home late night from going to an event and discovered that a pipe was leaking from my upstairs bathroom into the ceiling in my kitchen. Tried to patch it and did not have success. The next morning, noticed that the pipe was still leaking, and found Dean’s plumbing on Google, so decided to give a call. The person who answered was extremely kind and attentive to my needs and somehow managed to get me a same-day appointment. Luke showed up earlier than expected, after giving me a courtesy call to see if that would be OK, and explained what I needed, how to fix it, and what to expect. Everything was done in less than two hours, and was reasonably priced.
