My HVAC (electric heat pump) began experiencing problems on a Friday evening. After contacting Extreme, Eli arrived within the hour. He was able to determine the problem was the electric into the house rather than the unit. After the utility corrected the problem on Sunday Kevin talked me through bringing the system back on line. On Monday I received a call to verify that everything was working. While not much repair work was required, the response was quick and everyone with whom I interacted was professional, helpful and friendly. I'll keep the number handy.

The technicians, Scott Ward "the good looking Scott " LoL and Logan, were very knowledgeable. They showed me before and after pictures of my ducts. We have used Extreme Heating & Air Conditioning for over four years to maintain our HVAC system. We have consistently been happy with their maintenance services. When our AC stopped working Saturday, we called them. It was over 80F in our home. Extreme Heating & Air Conditioning promptly sent out an emergency tech. Matt came out and promptly assessed our AC system. Matt gave us a detailed explanation of the problem and our options. We opted to keep our heating unit but replace the AC. That Sunday, Shawn came out to give us an estimate, answer any questions and make sure we were happy with the quote. He also brought us a heavy-duty AC to keep us comfortable while we waited for the service team to arrive (two days later). Tyler and his team from service called ahead and arrived on time. They installed the inside and outside side parts of the new AC system quickly and, as promised, started and completed the project within the service window promised.
