Called about 4 weeks ago for a quote on something I wanted done. I always try to use local business so that my money stays in my community. The call taker took my information and told me a representative would be in touch. 4 weeks is a bit much. Thank you Berea heating and cooling! This is the second time you’ve stuck me without a call back.
Two years ago I had a complete furnace/AC replacement. Russ did a GREAT job and his prices are good too. Recently, I had a furnace issue and he told me what to do over the phone and it worked. He will be getting my business and referral for a long time.
I was so impressed with Russ. I called, and he was here in just a few hours to take a look at my furnace, which wasn't heating and wasn't running. Turns out, two birds had found their way in. He removed them easily and had me up and running in no time. He was so nice, polite, the price was affordable, and he even gave my dogs a biscuit. Definitely will call him again. Service: Repair HVAC
