All my interactions with the Colony staff were pleasant and they were always responsive. Dave and his crew showed up on time, worked hard for 2 days tearing off and then replacing our shingled roof as promised. The new roof looks great and doesn't leak, so I'm happy! Colony did a beautiful job with the siding on my garage, the roof and now i am getting a new door installed. They have always been very professional and hardworking people. Services: Attic venting, Roof installation
I received a quote and when they got into the roof, it did not need some of the items included in the quote. I received their invoice and it just said "as stated on the quote". After sending photos of the work that was not done they credited about $300. Also, while I was painting the house, they used a leaf blower to clean the roof and blow the dirt on my freshly painted siding.
