Each time that I have used Ken's HVAC service, he has come out within 3 hours or sooner and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it right away. I highly recommend his services. Plus he doesn't push and push you to get a new unit like Help does. If it can be fixed, he will fix it. Honesty and integrity are important in an HVAC company. Just saw this. Ken replaced an oil furnace with a natural gas heat and electric AC unit. It was an older home that required some creativity. Has been doing just fine for about 3 years.
