I cannot say enough positive about Sam, owner of Air-One, and his highly ethical and dependable service. I've had the privilege of working with him on two occasions and both times was very pleased. And to be clear--I'm very hard to please. Most recently, he installed a whole new Carrier heat pump and air handler system for my nky condo--as mine was dying after 14 years. As he promised, my utility bills decreased considerably. I can't believe how much lower they are and have been thrilled about that! Before doing so, I compared prices on new systems from four other local big name HVAC companies who came out to measure assess and give me quotes and was pleasantly surprised that Air-One's price was very competitive--in fact i saved money by going with him compared to the other 4 companies. He also worked to make sure I got a Duke rebate of $300 for the new system.
