Mr. Electric of Fairfield County

I called Mr. Electric in 2020 to replace a light fixture that was installed incorrectly. Mr. Electric, Sheridan Smith and his helper did an excellent job. I called again this year to have and electric outlet installed. October Sheridan called and said he would be out in November on the 29th . Mr. Smith was already upset with me because of my phone issues, which is understandable. I called back and texted, also, to let Mr. Smith know I had to cancel for November 29 on October 23, 2022. I found my text to him later after he left my home. When Sheridan showed up at my house today I explained to him that I had canceled and that I called and texted. He said he never received either...as he left my porch he Cursed me. I want Sheridan to know...You cannot curse whom God has Blessed. I found this unprofessional. I know he may have been frustrated but I did my part by cancelling in timely fashion. I wish Sheridan Smith the Best and I have referred him to others. Today was Not professional at

Best electrician in the area. Sheridan was professional, courteous, and was focused on provided a solution that met my needs. He is very knowledgeable and made recommendations based on what my long term goals were. He was not pushy at all and excels at satisfying the customer. He was also prompt and showed up, unlike many other professionals in the area. Highly recommended. We will use Mr. Electric for all of our electrical needs. Sheridan has helped me with a few projects at my house and has always done a great job and has told me the truth on what he would do if it was his house. I will call him again if I need any more work done. Services: Electrical wiring repair, Electrical outlet & switch relocation
