I just want to say that the technician that came out to my house today, Rick Thamann was very professional. He did an excellent job. He showed me pictures of things that needed to be done. He explained everything thoroughly to me. I would highly recommend him he was here early and finished in a timely manner. I am so happy with the service today. Had problem with air conditioner Sunday morning. Called for service and Alex came out 40 minutes from our call. He is amazing! He found the problem right away and solved it. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. The way he took care of the problem just reassured us that Air Plus employs the best.
