We've had regularly scheduled tune-ups with Air-Plus for the past two years. The technicians are always on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. On a most recent visit to repair a furnace part, Coleman was very professional and helpful. He was efficient at repairing the furnace, yet patient with my many questions. I just want to say that the technician that came out to my house today, Rick Thamann was very professional. He did an excellent job. He showed me pictures of things that needed to be done. AC went out in our office, Called Air Plus. Spoke to Charity who was very nice and professional was able to get us serviced within an hour. The technicians, Cole and Rick who were very professional, accommodating and thorough had our AC back on in no time.
