Dan the handyman that was here was great. Everything went as expected and works great. I understand they are a company providing a service, I also understand I needed the work done, however I think the price was extremely to high. Just my opinion. Would I use them again , maybe depends on the project. Wish they would provide an consultation and time to process the cost. Services: Installation, Electrical work

I hired Mr. Handyman to assemble a dresser I purchased from Home Depot! They quoted me the trip fee which I agreed to which would be deducted from the total charge once the job was completed. The Technician that came out unboxed it and realized that the hardware was missing, he boxed it back up and charged me $212.00 for nothing. Told me to call back to set up a new appointment once I received the hardware. I asked him how much the job would have cost me if he had completed it and he quoted me $225, I never received a written quote. I called the company and explained what happened, they reimbursed me $127.00 and sent me a quote afterwards of over $500. I politely declined and hire Hard Hats, they came out a few days later, assembled it and charged me $175 total. I would never recommend them for any job. Service: Furniture assembly
