Sam did a very competent job on two faucets, a shower drain and flushing out hot water heater so no more rust colored water! We used Blue Chip through Home Depot for our water heater. I had the technician Bobby and he was amazing. My husband was out of town and I was clueless about everything. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He did our water heater and gave me advice about a backup we had. He then fixed that for me and walked me through everything.
