I called Nieman Plumbing on 12/28/22 at 9:34am. Over two weeks ago. The call was answered by the receptionist. I explained my admittedly unusual problem that my pipes are having a chemical reaction with something in the water supply coming into my home causing a complete failure. I was interested in an estimate for a complete re-pipe of the house. She kept placing me on hold to get a response obviously fed to her by whoever was also by the phone listening, but did not make themselves known. After this back and forth, she stated that she would pass it along to the Estimates team and they would call me back. I said OK and we said goodbye. Unfortunately for them, she didn't hang up the phone properly. I heard a man say, "I hate calls like that. Somebody is trying to sell them a job and..." We had a frozen pipe that broke early on the day after Christmas. I called several plumbing companies in vain but then reached Nieman plumbing. They were able to come in the early afternoon on the same day. The plumber arrived on time and quick LTL replaced the broken pipe. I would definitely recommend this company.
