Corcoran and Harnist

For they 22 yrs I have had Corcoran n Harnist gas furnace and central air conditioning in my home, along w bi- yearly Check ups. I can only say that when I have the money to purchase new and updated equipment, they will be the ones I call Services: A/C system repair, Heating system maintenance

When they installed the ductless A/C unit it worked okay until it had a high heat or cooling load. It would not perform properly. I told the service person about the issue. I monitored and recorded the times that it cycled on and off. They did not investigate the problem but assumed it was the line set and replaced it. A couple of months later in the cooling season it started cycling under load. I called them and they responded. The first service person could not find the problem. They had to call the service manager who had a special computer to trouble shoot the unit. After they finally found the problem they said that it would be hard to get the parts as this was new equipment. They ordered a complete new unit. Everything is now working as it should.
