Top Notch company and very professional how they do their work 100% . The Owners and employees are very nice to talk too. They really know their outside & inside Plumbing . .

What a disaster-area....can I give NO stars? Better yet, how about negative? Septic conversion to MSD...NOW I have a large CRATER where the the tank used to be and the ground has collapsed. The clear out valves stick WAY out of the ground, and I can't mow over where the pipes were installed because they are mud mounds and my tractor has gotten stuck and stranded on them multiple times....the rocks don't help, either....oh, but the absolute BEST part is the leftover dirt they left in the front of my yard. Apparantly they had too much dirt, and they just let the remainder sit in the front of my property, a long, high, unmowable mound...it is way to high to get the mower up on, but worse than that, it is filled with large jagged rocks that would break my mower blades if I got anywhere near them....a complete and total disaster. The company cares not one wit about any of this...I wouldn't hire them if they were the last company on earth, and only got stuck with them this time because they

I have used this plumber twice in the past and would recommend with confidence to friends, family and colleagues. I made the mistake of calling Roto-Rooter. After they made me wait during a four window and no showed, Mike Hensley stepped in and sent a plumber right out. He was amazing. He worked fast and efficiently and made sure to help me understand he would try to fix it as cost effectively as possible. I definitely felt like he cared about his craft and was interested in helping me fix my issue without going broke. A++ Use them. You will not regret it.
