The crew at Craftsman Electric from the phone support and scheduling to the estimators and electrical technicians are all very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We've had them come a couple times already to repair some of our old home's poor wiring and they've been able to find and implement the best solutions for our home every time. Eventually, we have to go through our entire home to replace, add to, or update most of the existing wiring and we will most certainly be using this company for the job. Our home has presented it's own challenges for the team, and they've been incredibly professional the entire time and have been incredibly honorable with their pricing and estimations, which we really appreciate. Really, these are top-notch electricians, and I fully trust them to know exactly how to get the job done properly. I couldn't be more thrilled with their help so far! I had the pleasure of having Jonathan, Brad and Barry come work at my house to switch out old ceiling light units for new, updated recessed lighting as well as install ceiling fan boxes in 3 bedrooms upstairs. The Craftsman team was a pleasure to work with and they triple checked things with me before doing something and we’re so great to work with. I had a few other companies come quote the same job and I felt their quote was the most straightforward and them being able to come same week was awesome.
