We had our windows and gutters done within a week of each other and we couldn't be happier. The salesman was amazing, the installers were great guys and the products fantastic. Superior was amazing. We had some siding work done by a different company that we were unsatisfied with and Shane came out, quoted the job and got back to us in a very reasonable amount of time . Shane and John were a pleasure to work with from the beginning. They explained everything they could, answered whatever questions we had and maintained contact until the job was finished . Had windows installed over 15 years ago by Superior. Last couple of years had some minor problems. Due to the shutdown of the manufacturer because of COVID I was having delays in getting repairs/replacement. As soon as the owner of Superior Products, John Wilson, became aware of the problem he personally got involved. He came to our house, saw the problem and immediately contacted the installation contractor. Within three days all the repairs were made and the one window which had lost its seal was replaced. When Mr. Wilson says Superior Products guarantees the products and installation he means what he says and follows through until the customer is satisfied. Highly recommend this company.
