Todd is awesome to deal with. He is professional and very responsive. He got us the new HVAC system we needed and lined up an electrician to handle additional work that needed to be outside their service area. Would highly recommend going with Dawson. Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my bad water heater. They came right away, on a Saturday. They emailed me an estimate. Work was completed by Monday. The technicians were also timely and professional. They sent a text when the were on the way and when they had arrived. They explained their work and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with Dawson Heating & Air Conditioning. I will refer them and definitely use them again.
