Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new furnace and AC unit about two years ago. We’ve been very happy with the performance of the units. We recently setup a service contract with them. The technician came for the winter service and serviced the furnace. The technician was very professional and took care of the job. The technician explained the work to be done beforehand, performed the work and answered all of my questions. I felt like the technician appreciated my business. Also, our experience with their office staff has been positive. When we have called the office, the person that answered the phone has been very helpful and friendly. Her professionalism left us with a positive feeling. Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning is honest and ethical and that is very important to me.
