I asked them to fix a leak, they first charged $350 said they will get it fixed, after the tech left the part its still leaking, I called them but they said I need to pay $1500 extra to get the tech to come back and fix the leak, if I don't pay that they will still charge me $350 for fixing nothing, then they threaten me if I don't pay the $350 they will send their debt collection on my way. (Later on I got another quote for fixing/replacing the part for only cost around $500) Avoid this scam company at all cost

I was very pleased with your company, from the person who took my call(s) to Shawn who made the repairs. He is very professional, honest, and pleasant. He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided.
