Was impressed with our technician, Thomas. contacted in the morning and was able to get him out later in the afternoon. Had an entire breaker not powering on and he sorted out the dilemma and had it fixed in under an hour. kind and knowledgeable. Would gladly use this service again next time it's needed.
Dominic took his time in explaining the complication with our toilet. He is and easy to talk too. He arrived back the next day and installed our new toilet. quick and speedy service!
Our a/c when out and they had a tech at my building the same day I called. The HVAC tech (Dakota) worked on the unit until late that evening . Even had to use a set of head mounted flashlights to facilitate fix of the outside unit in the dark. Extraordinary effort to get our unit up and running.
