Zimmer Heating & Cooling

If I could get up on our roof, I would shout at the top of my lungs… I love Zimmer!!! Every single time these guys have come to our house, they have been kind, honest, patient, professional, shown common sense, and are always there when we need them. (Over 100 degrees in our attic crawl space, and these guys are troopers!) From the wonderful lady who schedules them to get to us ASAP, to Paul and Steve who came out today (Yes, two HVAC guys came to our house in the same day. They worked in tandem, like a true team!) They explain everything so well, and you just know they know what they are doing… Complete transparency and never a hard sell… just honesty! So totally refreshing!! One more thing… Yesterday I lost a very expensive pendant in the fins on the top of our AC unit outside. It snapped off my neck, and disappeared into the housing. After Paul had finished fixing our AC issue, I mentioned losing my pendant. He opened up the housing, dug through the wet leaves, and found it for me!!

Zimmer Heating and Cooling did a great job of installing a new boiler in my home. The owner came out and personally inspected the job and met with us to show us how to work the system. I recommend Zimmer Heating and Cooling for all HVAC needs. I’m very satisfied with their work and service.

Just wanted to leave a positive note about Zimmer. We had won a contest through them at the home and garden show. They came out and installed a UV light in the HVAC system. Everyone was very prompt, communicative and pleasant to work with. Considering how quick and nice they were when providing a free service from a contest, I can only assume this would be a great company to use. If I need help in the future, I will certainly be contacting them.
