Zimmer Heating & Cooling

Never called me back, I needed my AC unit replaced fast and my neighbor recommended Zimmer. They said a sales rep.would call me but 24 hours later was too slow for me. By the time he called Air Serv was at my house installing on a Friday afternoon.

Zimmer performed very high-quality work that was above and beyond what they promised and charged nothing extra above the original estimate. They completed the job as quickly as we needed it (the next day, as it was ~ 32 F and we needed heat!). They also charged notably less for labor and modifications, I believe as an intentional show of integrity. I ultimately paid a similar amount to what other companies were quoting total, but received a more expensive, well-known brand furnace that was 57% of the total versus 16% of the total as quoted by the company my home warranty company (AHS) provided as the covered contractor. I therefore took the small reimbursement amount ($610.63) I was offered for the warranty furnace replacement and had Zimmer complete the job instead (with a $2000 furnace instead of the $610 furnace with $3215 uncovered and therefore out-of-pocket for labor and modifications). Ok just an awesome company. I am 47 years old and have had many dealings with many companies and I have to say Zimmer Heating and Cooling is top notch. Chris Tucker my sales rep did an outstanding job. The install team did an outstanding job. We even had a maintenance issue with our existing system they fixed. Everyone we have encountered has been above bar. You guys have something that is lost to most of the rest of the world. Customer service and Customer satisfaction the first time.
