Was having what I thought was a moderate electrical issue. They told me they would be out originally the next day I did receive a phone call within two hours that a technician would be available the same day. Technician arrived. He was wonderful. Briar effectively and efficiently diagnose the issue and was able to give amicable options for fixing the issue. Would highly recommend. This company responded immediately, estimated the next day, completed job quickly and on my schedule. As a woman home alone, you can never be too careful. Patrick made me feel safe, made friends with my neighbors, was completely honest and respectful! He was incredibly kind. Will use this company and request him for every future job I have, which is quite a bit… we live in an old house that we are slowly updating one room at a time. I never felt pressured to make a decision or accept their quote. He was also very sweet to my dogs. Tyler and Duncan are excellent to work with. They rewired our basement lighting, added two new fixtures, replaced exterior lights, and installed a whole home surge protector. They’re both quick, professional and great to talk to. They even vacuumed up the work site when finished. Mr Sparky always does a great job of providing up-front pricing, answering questions, and doing quality work. Signing up for the maintenance plan and bundling services allowed us to save over $800!
