One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

I was please with the service I received. My A/C went out and someone was able to come out right away and check it. He was not pushy and gave me options of what to do. I ended up needing a whole new unit. They were able to come the next day. I was not expecting such a large expense, but I was able to cut some things out of the package to bring the cost down. I did not feel pressured to get what they told me. Shawn came with his crew on a Saturday. He was very friendly and personable. He explained things to me in a way that I understood. He even took the time to fix my vents on the wall--(the screws would not stay in the wall, and he secured them tightly). I would recommend this company to anyone. My A/C is running very nicely!

System went down on Sunday. I called on Monday and Julie came out agreed on the new system and Tuesday on time Fred and Eddie showed up. Wore booties put rugs down and was courteous and very professional and installed the new system and it looks great, much better than before. Will use them again. Service: Installation

Jason did an excellent job. He was on time when I expected him and made professional greetings as he arrived . He was courteous and knowledgeable with any questions I had. He came in and did the job as expected with no issues at all. Friendly and cared to fix the issue so much as to stick around to ensure it appeared to be solved.
