One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

So after a few years of medical and family issues and some house neglect we finally need to get a few things done. I'd never have known about some of it without Kenny's expertise. He went above and beyond on this service call and has got us set up for future service. I have zero reservations using One Hour for all of our needs and have signed up for a membership. One hundred percent happy and satisfied.

I was please with the service I received. My A/C went out and someone was able to come out right away and check it. He was not pushy and gave me options of what to do. I ended up needing a whole new unit. They were able to come the next day. I was not expecting such a large expense, but I was able to cut some things out of the package to bring the cost down. I did not feel pressured to get what they told me. Shawn came with his crew on a Saturday. He was very friendly and personable. He explained things to me in a way that I understood. He even took the time to fix my vents on the wall--(the screws would not stay in the wall, and he secured them tightly). I would recommend this company to anyone. My A/C is running very nicely!

Fred, Eddie, and Tucker arrived early and worked hard to install a new system. They were clean, polite, careful, and professional. All were helpful and did quality work. We are very pleased with our new heating and ac unit. We will definitely be calling them again!
