I called Bill and he came within the hour of my call. I had a clogged sink in my house found out my mainline was collapsed due to his camera inspection. Upon him doing this inspection he showed me on the screen itself and educated me on the components of the pipe itself and the reasoning of the break in my 4 in drain. He has connections directly to MSD also which makes life so much easier. Nomore drug out long waiting on the phone to get a hold of a plumber through msd. He was very affordable honest clean work. I understand timing and the world of plumbing can put you off perfect scheduling but he was very professional and he saved me alot of money compared to roto rooted or Ken Neyer. The companies that are corporate sell u a whole house. Bill owner of plumb tree company didn't force nothing onto me. He was here to help me and not empty my pockets. Great service! Very good job explaining everything to us as new homeowners and what exactly went wrong and why it did as well. Billy did a good job cleaning up after himself and very personable. He can relate to a lot and is super easy to talk to. He is also super affordable. I know if we have any other drain problems, we are definitely calling him first. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!
