The Quality Comfort Home Services team was a pleasure to work with at every step. They cleaned the HVAC ducts in my new construction home prior to my move-in date. They were prompt, responsive and did a great job. There was zero mess — not a trace of them after they left! I plan to use them going forward to help me maintain my brand-new HVAC system. I had a difficult time since last year trying to figure out what was wrong with my AC, I had spent countless amount of money with Apollo before deciding to look for a different company. I ran into Quality Comfort Services. They came out and ran a test that we were under the assumption that worked. The following year, this year, we had let them know the problem still persisted and the came out to look at it again, after a couple trials of trying things out they finally figured it out! We only ended up paying for the service this year and last year was basically a maintenance fee. Brian and Joey did a great job installing my new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. Both employees were very personable and super sweet and patient with my dog, who wanted to “help them install.”:) All in all the total process of installation and going over items with me took about 7 hrs.
