I decided to respond to a letter I received in the mail and very glad that I did. Roofsmith was very responsive and professional. They came out and did a roof inspection and gave me an honest assessment of the situation and walked me through the steps I should take with my insurance company. They were on site when the adjuster came to answer any questions that might arise and help me to make sure all issues were addressed. Once work commenced they did a complete tear off and installation in a single day. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone with roofing needs.
