Fast Response Heating & Cooling

The process did not start off well. I requested a tune up through my home warranty company and Fast Response did not leave a voicemail when calling to schedule. I eventually got through to their office and scheduled the tune up. From there it went well, tech arrived early and was very friend explaining everything (his name was Tim). Even went the extra mile to check the upstairs rooms for cool air when i asked --normally they'll just check the 1st floor. Service: HVAC system maintenance

This company was assigned by American Home Shield to fix my AC. They put a quick Band-Aid on a 26 year old unit that failed the next day. I could not get them to submit their report to the warranty company in a timely fashion and no one from their office would answer any calls that our unit was broken. I sat on hold for 15 minutes multiple times before I could get through. Once it was submitted they said they could replace the condenser motor and it would take 7-10 days for parts to come in. I have not had AC for 10 days because of my home warranty and this contractor. They will not replace my unit...they seem to be in the pocket of American Home Shield and will not act in your best interest. I paid more to hire a local contractor to get the job done right. Overall a shoddy job that only comes to life a year or two after the work. AC condenser installed with a very low refrigerant pressure with cheap quality components that break frequently. Designed to make you feel good because they are cheaper. Don’t compromise quality. The 24/7 service rarely picks up and the voice mail is always full.
