An Abysmal Experience with Fast Response Heating & Cooling Where do I even begin with Fast Response Heating & Cooling? I'd give zero stars if I could. If you're looking for an absolute nightmare of a customer experience, congratulations, you've found it! This company manages to reach new lows in incompetence and unprofessionalism. I wouldn't wish this level of frustration on my worst enemy. From the moment I contacted them, it was clear that Fast Response Heating & Cooling had no interest in providing quality service. They make a circus look organized and efficient. I can't help but imagine a monkey running the show would have handled things better than any of the individuals employed by this circus act. Not only did they manage to ruin my day, but they also had the audacity to drain my hard-earned money in the process. The most frustrating part is having to wait until Monday, but that has nothing to do with the technician. My AC is working perfectly, and it's all thanks to Mark! We were stuck with this company because of American Home Shield. 1st you have to deal with Lourdes, the person answering the phones, who is NOT a pleasant person at all and NOT professional. After 3 different techs from this company - 3 different days - playing with the thermostat and us not having heat for a full week. The last straw was Lourdes & Tish both saying we will call you back to let you know if we can even get a tech to come out, again, and then never calling us back. We ended up eating the cost of going with a different company - which broke warranty contract - and we won't even get reimbursed for our contractor that properly diagnosed the issue and now we also get to eat the cost of a new furnace. I think Fast Response is more quantity over quality and if you need anything diagnosed, go with a reputable company. Service: Heating system repair
