Overall a shoddy job that only comes to life a year or two after the work. AC condenser installed with a very low refrigerant pressure with cheap quality components that break frequently. Designed to make you feel good because they are cheaper. Don’t compromise quality. The 24/7 service rarely picks up and the voice mail is always full. Fraudulent. I have had them ‘work’ on my unit for years because of their relationship with my home warranty company. Turns out, they were coming up with reasons I needed a service call when they came out to tune it up each spring and fall and then taking $ from AHS to fix things that weren’t broken. I now have the interior picture proof that nothing (no leaks, rotors, blower or coils were new on my system, in spite of supposed replacement over the last 2 years) was ever worked on. The last straw was pretending I needed refrigerant and charging me $2500, but never actually putting refrigerant in. Buyer beware - look on BBB for real reviews of Fast Response, and you’ll find I’m not alone in this. The company I ended up getting to work with after asking AHS for a different contractor has had 5 customers THIS WEEK with the same stories. There’s a real opportunity here for a class action suit. DO NOT USE.
