I cannot say enough good things about Jerry from Roto-Rooter. My disposer started leaking water into my undersink cabinet late on a Friday night. I called Roto-Rooter on Saturday morning and Jerry was here by 10:00 am. He gave me quick quote to replace the disposer, at which time I mentioned what a mess the undersink plumbing was, having been installed by the prior owner who was a do-it-yourselfer with little plumbing skill. I asked Jerry how much more it would cost to straighten it out and I was surprised by how little extra it would be. I gave him the go-ahead, and in about an hour and a half Jerry had installed a new disposer and strainer, removed what seemed like 10 lbs. of labyrinthine PVC eating up half of the cabinet space and just waiting to spring a leak, and replaced it with a simple, more efficient routing that will (1) extend the life of my new disposer, and (2) prevent output from that disposer from coming up out of the drain in the second sink. He also answered a bunch of random questions I had about my house's plumbing.
