The representative (D. Shute) was very thorough and talked us through every step of what he was doing. He got here during the time frame and cleaned the drain quickly. This is our second time using this company and we will continue using them if we happen to have any more drainage issues (which hopefully won't be for awhile!) Service: Drain cleaning

Representative gave me a quick education on turning off water. As a new homeowner I was not sure. He checked both toilets, one must have cleared itself and the other required a tightening of screws on toilet seat (home seller used really cheap toilet seats). Service: Toilet repair
