Luke is fantastic, he completed all work with upmost care and respect for me and my home. He also found a water leak in the line to my washing machine. Which would have been a problem within a week or less, he completed all repairs as if he were working on his own home! Thanks, I will only be using this company and Luke. The technician who came to do the repair was fantastic. He was friendly and easy to understand and professional. The process this company uses to reach the end result however was a bit confusing and seemed to be trying to shoot a canon ball just to kill a fly. Representative gave me a quick education on turning off water. As a new homeowner I was not sure. He checked both toilets, one must have cleared itself and the other required a tightening of screws on toilet seat (home seller used really cheap toilet seats). Service: Toilet repair
