Our roof leaked in two different spots on our house after choosing Sterling for a brand new roof installation 5 years ago. It’s been six months since we’ve submitted a claim and they’ve refused to fix the damage even with our 30 year warranty and have been very unprofessional. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Sterling Exteriors did a fantastic job with painting and installing my new cornices on my 160 yr old home and in painting of my house and garage. They are very easy to work with and addressed each of my concerns during the project. I highly recommend them.

In short, I strongly recommend finding a different roofing company. The 30 year warranty has not been honored and we've had 2+ leaks within the first 6 years of having the roof. We were told debris on our roof was the reason initially (we live in a wooded area - who doesn't have leaves on their roof?) and now we were told it was our siding 6 months later after we had another leak. This leak was after we fixed and paid for our ceiling to be redone. In short, the warranty doesn't seem to be backed by the company and they will try to get out of it like they've done with our home.
