I had the pleasure of working with Carl! He made it out within a few hours of me calling to investigate a leak after a bad storm. He spent over an hour doing a thorough inspection of the roof from both inside the attic and by climbing up and around outside on the roof. I had a dicey job that involved siding, roof and gutter repairs - where all three came together in less-than-ideal architectural details that had deteriorated (allowing water intrusion) since the house was built 10 years ago.
