They did a great job, awesome prices and I would highly recommend their service to anyone. They were prompt and diligent when repairing my air conditioner. I will definitely use them again!
8 degrees outside and my furnace will not run, I asked them for a couple of tips over the phone, the owner was very patient and walked me through a few steps. When that didn't work there was a tech at my door in 40 min and was up and running in another 10. Very pleased.
On Friday, I called to get a second opinion on my furnace, after having another company out three different times to look at my furnace. The other company kept quoting me for different parts and didn't seem to know what was actually wrong with the furnace. The next part they wanted me to replace was around $550-$600 and wasn't a guaranteed fix. After already spending hundreds of dollars, we couldn't afford to keep guessing. Baz was quick to come out and take a look for no charge. I have a newborn at home and was laid off right before having my son, so money has been extremely tight. They didn't have the necessary equipment to determine what was wrong with the furnace at the time, but told me that he would be back on Monday to do more tests and he got it working temporarily. On Monday, a different guy came out and figured out the issue by testing the furnace with the new part. It was working but would cost me $550 for him to leave the part in.
