I called this company on April of 2008 the guy showed up in 45 minutes he said he going to install the best unit in the nation and give a fair price the next day he came to install the units with other person after they left and I paid him that the unit that install is very small for my house only 13 ser instead of 16 ser I called him no answer thee days later the hous over 90 degree I called him again he came the next day and said the other guy didn't filled all the freon that he supposedly do after that I have a lot of problems and every time I call him he says the I don't have warranty no more even after one week this person he is name is James. Orozs he is the owner he is very poor quality he is not professional and he is not responsible I will advice any person want to use his company to think twice before hire him Services: Install AC, Thermostat installation
