Before the change in management, I had used this company multiple times and was satisified. My initial appointment went OK, I scheduled it, the tech came out, spent a long time here figuring out what went wrong, so that part was OK. It was the follow up that was awful. The quote was highly variable, and no one could tell me the break out between parts vs labor. OK, fine. So I called to schedule the repair and I got some sort of central call center and they said they would give the tech my information so he could call me to schedule the service. No one called. I called 2 weeks later and was told I could get an appointment on the next business day but would have to agree to an $89 service fee, and when I explaind that I had already paid that and had the diagnostics done, I wanted to schedule the work, the person on the other end of the line could not help me and just said the 'home office' would have to call me to confirm everything.
