I had a micro leak and Joe Griff went above and beyond to find it and fix it so my family can stay cool with the upcoming heat wave. Joe Griff is very professional and a super nice gentleman. The service that I received from this company was excellent my warranty company IGS sent them out to me for repairs to my furnace a few months ago, I ended up having to replace it and GRINDSTONE did an excellent job on the installation and clean up. Today they came out to repair my A/C unit and the gentleman that came did an excellent job as well got me up and running in no time I would differently recommend this company. I believe in treating people how you want to be treated and Grindstone Mechanical impressed me so much that I had to write this review. Alex and James installed a new AC unit in my 824 sq. apartment, and I must say it was an enjoyable experience.They allowed me to ask questions about how the unit worked and what I should expect. They Point being is that they were generally happy to explain the process and functionality of the AC unit...what can I say I like to know how things work. Anyways, the next day I had to call Grindstone because the AC unit was making way too much noise as it sounded like a rocket took off consistently throughout the day. Without hesitation Alex came back over later in the day with a smile on his face and fixed my issue with the noise. Alex was happy to make me happy, those are the type of people we need more of in this crazy world.
