I believe in treating people how you want to be treated and Grindstone Mechanical impressed me so much that I had to write this review. Alex and James installed a new AC unit in my 824 sq. apartment, and I must say it was an enjoyable experience.They allowed me to ask questions about how the unit worked and what I should expect. They Point being is that they were generally happy to explain the process and functionality of the AC unit...what can I say I like to know how things work. Anyways, the next day I had to call Grindstone because the AC unit was making way too much noise as it sounded like a rocket took off consistently throughout the day. Without hesitation Alex came back over later in the day with a smile on his face and fixed my issue with the noise. Alex was happy to make me happy, those are the type of people we need more of in this crazy world. Their employees have AMAZING Customer service they made all of us comfortable Went above and beyond what any other company has to figure out the problem w our ac unit!! LITERALLY had a tech come out, but i needed an electrician. Its Friday, not wanting 2 be without ac all wknd! these ppl send out ANOTHER hvac guy who figured out problem We have ics policy that is covered thru $ we pay on Columbia gas bill
Great company, Brandon Clark installed my new furnace and I could not be happier, that guy is an ALL STAR, very professional, personable and an all around good dude, he is an asset to your great company.
