I had an plumbing issue and wanted a local company. After reading the company’s reviews, I contacted them to help with a clogged main drain. When I flushed my toilet (sometimes) it would rain in the basement and make the sink and bathtub gurgle. Rich was quick to contact and get a time to come take a look at it. Came out, large snake didn’t work. He brought in another piece of equipment. He worked hard to get it cleared! It was a tough clog as my house is 100+ years old! Rich has always done great work on all of the different plumbing jobs he's done for me. He always cleans up any mess created during the process. Most of all, his prices are always lower than other plumbing contractors I've called. I don't know how he does it, but from now on if I need plumbing work done, I'm calling Rich!

We called Rich about 4PM on Sunday (Labor Day Weekend) about our leaking hot water tank. He called us back within 30 minutes and was at our house on Monday (Labor Day) with a new hot water tank at 10AM. He had the old one out and the new one installed, and he had cleaned up the area and was on his way by 11:30. He is so easy to work with and his prices are fair. Service: Water heater installation
