Called and asked him on the phone to come by my house for a written estimate and he wanted to charge me for writing a quote. This is not professional. You never hire someone without an estimate or contract. He wanted to do a verbal one. (RED FLAG!) You should always get 3 estimates for work done on your home and always get it in writing and estimates should always be “free” and you shouldn’t have to pay for them no matter what excuse the contractor gives you. PASS-PASS-PASS on this business!
I need porch and deck work needed on my rental property. I had hired another contractor who took my money and left the property in an unsafe condition. As soon as I contacted Darren he prompty started working on it on the same day with his crew and finished in 3 days making it safe and looking great. They did a great job and even did work that was not in the contract without charging more me more.
I use indoor outdoor home repairs to repair damage wood in missing shingles on roof. I was working with limited funds, Contractor Darren gave me affordable rates. Darren Timmy and Bill did a great job for me it started to rain but they were determined to complete the job That day. I will be using them again C. Smith
