From the moment I received an estimate from Ted to the time Bill and the crew left today, I was more than satisfied with the replacement of my house and garage roofs. I LOVE them! Ted was very patient with me asking a lot of questions, and always responded promptly. I couldn't ask for more than that! I have been trying for months to have people / companies give me estimates on repairs / new things for my house, and nobody bothers to call me back. Rapid response from Barbera Home Improvement, Inc., and great guys to work with! I know it is not their fault that I have to wait so long for my siding to come, but I sure am looking forward to that day, as Ted says "Your house will look brand new" - I'm looking forward to that day! Having had a bad experience with a roofing contractor before, I was extremely hesitant when I began my search for someone to replace our roof, our gutters and downspouts, and install gutter guards. I did my due diligence when getting estimates for this work … looking through the Google reviews and also checking the contractor’s BBB history. I was pleased when I discovered and read the reviews for Barbera Home Improvement and figured I’d have them give us an estimate for the work. Ted was very thorough, informative, low-pressure, and easily accessible by a text, a phone call, or an email. Barbera was very accommodating and worked around other projects that we were planning for our home this summer. Mario and his crew were amazing … simply amazing! I have never in my life seen a roofing contractor crew perform a tear-off and install a new roof on a garage and a 3-story home as fast and efficiently as they did. They showed up at 7:00 and by around 3:00 in the afternoon they were cleaning

When my family noticed a water stain on the ceiling of our upstairs bedroom we called Barbera. Within two days the problem had been assessed and fixed. John was extremely professional and kind working with us. Even more importantly he was honest! He could have told us that we needed a completely new roof and like most people we would have believed it. Instead he told us that our roof would last several more years and to call him if we had any future issues. Barbera is a great company that stands by their work.
