Read the reviews and there was no question who i was calling ???? it was a cold Saturday evening and I was living in the Sahara desert my thermostat said 55 but it was well over 90 degrees in here My husky was not happy . Made one call n Richie was on his way no question .he came in hit one button n boom my mouth dropped that’s it . I felt so embarrassed but Richie went above and beyond to check every nook and cranny He is amazing beyond personable and funny . He showed and taught me so much about my house I had no clue what any of those knob majiggy things were. He will definitely be in my emergency contact . Thank you so much for all the laughter .
